Nice and, moreover, affordable place with bed and breakfast: it has everything to sleep, have a breakfast and go for a walk. AC included, clean - our room even has small garden. We were a little bit confused that shower and toilet aren’t placed separately (like you’re taking a shower and toilet is super nearby and has any shower curtain, but, somehow, we found that’s a common thing in local hotels. Breakfast was amazing!!! Really, we’ve never have such a healthy and cool breakfast- cheese, vegetables, potatoes, delicious cookies, tea, olives – this breakfast will cost at least 70 Turkish liras in restaurants nearby. Location is also very cool – 5 min to bus station, 8 - to old city and coast, 12-15 to antique amphitheater. Receptionist is super friendly, you can leave your luggage until your departure and they welcomed us really late - we checked in at 12pm and everything was warm. Highly recommend — nice and affordable!

It did the job, and is in a great location but thought it was pretty expensive for the price albeit Kas is on the higher side for turkey. Couldn't recommend my room, as it was more akin to a single room in a hostel. Some of the other rooms looked nicer when I walked past but this review is for a single. Room was basic, just a cupboard + bed and located in the equivalent of the basement so no view (window opened to their neighbours living/drying area. Toilet + shower in one room, and the shower took 10m+ to heat up with really weak hot water pressure. No room cleaning or towel changing while I was there, and not much information given on check-in. WiFi was pretty slow and inconsistent albeit that's been the case in a lot of turkey. Location is however excellent, right near the supermarkets, lots of restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the marina. Breakfast was also good, and the terrace is a nice spot to sit. If you can't stretch your budget then it does the job for the area, but lower your expectations.

Not a 4-star hotel at all. Small basic room. Shower wets entire bathroom floor. Good: Fairly cheap, large roof-top terrace. Not so good: breakfast is lukewarm buffet, except two times (out of seven) they slept and "forgot" to make breakfast. Also, hot water was randomly shut off one day.
