We spent a few days here midway through our trip to Turkey. Overall, it was a really great experience. It is a nice resort, food was mostly good (what you would expect for an all-inclusive buffet - something for everyone with a few standout items). The staff was overall attentive and friendly. We loved the options for both pools and beaches and the waterpark was great for the kids. They had a lot of entertainment options as well. Our room was nice, thankful for the good AC. There were ants/small insects in the room and occasionally the water coming out of the faucets/showers was murky. Otherwise, no complaints, beds were comfy and we enjoyed the layout. You are a quick drive to both the city and to Ephesus, making this a great location.
I stayed here for a conference in May and enjoyed it. It is a big resort on a private bay with calm water and lots of fish in the water, good for snorkeling. It was not yet the peak season so it was relatively quiet at the resort and not too many people on the beach. The beach is mostly pebbles and there are many rocks in the water so water shoes are useful. These rocks provide structure for fish, so again it's good for snorkeling. The main restaurant buffet was huge and food was pretty good. Food did become a bit repetitive after a few days, but with the huge selection, it takes a few days to try everything. Live music every night and they organized a very good dinner for our conference. The pools are very nice and large. Only downsides are that the beach is not sandy and the rooms are a bit old and could use renovation. I wouldn't call it 5 star, but a solid 4 star. I've seen that prices can be quite high, so I think your expectations may vary depending on if you can get a good deal for it.
Just finished a week here and overall a good place for a family holiday. Good footwear is needed for the hills and steps on the resort, but it's great exercise and there are beautiful views everywhere. Buffet is ok for dinner and breakfast, but lunch at the waiter service snack bars on pool level and beach is better. Snack huts by the slide pools are pretty poor except the waffles and ice-cream. The A la carte Fish restaurant is great, but be sure to book for sunset if you do it for the gram!. Pools are great, bars are busy, but tip your waiter and get great service every time. Rooms get better as you upgrade, so don't be shy when the first one given isn't what you hoped for.
