We booked a couple of lodges for all my family and we had a lovely break. The lodges are well equipped with a washing machine abs a dishwasher too. The scenery is beautiful. There is plenty to occupy you with an indoor swimming pool, a tennis court, table tennis and also water sports which are available at a cost. A great experience, overall. Would definitely go again

Had a fantastic weekend at Pine Lake Resort with friends. The accommodation was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. Leisure facilities and the gym were excellent. The kids really enjoyed the water sports — they had a great time. Restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was great too. Everything was well looked after, and we honestly can’t fault a thing. We’ll definitely be back

I recently stayed at your resort, and while the property itself is beautiful, my overall experience was deeply disappointing — to the point that I will not be returning. From the very moment I arrived, my mood was ruined. I had a long, exhausting day of travel, and when I inquired about check-in, I was told my room would not be ready until 4 PM. This was shocking because, during my earlier phone call with your staff, I was specifically told that early check-in was available at any time. If I had been informed that early check-in needed to be booked in advance, I would have gladly done so. This lack of clear communication was the first strike. Even setting that aside, the service I received upon arrival was unacceptable. The only staff member present at the reception was a woman named Danielle. While I was waiting for assistance, she repeatedly prioritized other guests over me. I could not understand why I, a paying guest, was being treated as if I were asking for a personal favor instead of receiving a service I had paid for. The indifference, lack of professionalism, and dismissive attitude I experienced completely ruined my stay. What should have been a relaxing visit became a frustrating and upsetting ordeal. I understand that nothing can undo what happened, but I hope you take this feedback seriously so that future guests are treated with fairness, respect, and courtesy. No one should feel unwelcome or undervalued in a place they’ve chosen — and paid — to stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to your resort.
