Pine Retreat

We had the most wonderful stay at this heritage property in Mussoorie! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The property itself is beautifully preserved, full of old-world charm and character, with stunning views of the hills. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated—each corner had a story to tell. The food was delicious, But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make us feel at home. Their hospitality went above and beyond. This place is a rare gem—perfect for a peaceful retreat with a touch of history. Can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful, this property offers a very peaceful stay and at the same time is only 3 minutes walk from the mall road hustle. Staff was way too humble and room service request was attended within less than 5 minutes. Mrs Preeti and the whole staff made wonderful efforts to make our stay comfortable. Even in this busy season we avoided all the mussoorie traffic because of the location of the resort, also driver was waiting for us to take our car from the highway to the hotel.

Not satisfied with the service and Food pricing.... 1. After reminding them they kept toiletries 2. Food -No option for Dessert 3. Food - Room service was not there. Food pricing was high as compared to the taste. Just for help - This resort is approximately 350–400 meters from the main road, but the access road is suitable only for experienced drivers. We were informed that the distance was short and the road was good, but in reality, it’s a steep, narrow, and winding path.
