Pine View Resort

Not a 4 star resort. The web page is a bald faced lie. The motel's one redeeming quality is that it is close to Indiana Beach, although it is not associated with it. The staff was friendly, but the only staff there was the one person at the registration desk. The room was dirty. Floors were tile (for easy clean-up, I suppose?), but hadn't been mopped for a while. A few small millipedesand some months were all the bugs I saw. We did check the bedding for bedbugs and did not find any. The beds did have plastic mattress protectors under the fitted sheet, so sleeping was uncomfortable, hot on one side, cold on the other time. The bedding looked a little ratty --- overall, I felt like I didn't want to touch anything. Not recommended.

I'd highly recommend not staying here. Part of the hotel has cockroaches and bedbugs and they will not refund you spent 148 and they refused to refund me I even had pictures to prove it. It's a run down hotel. I will never again stay here ever again

Room was filthy, I couldn't let my baby crawl on the floor to play because they were so dirty. Tub was disgusting. Beds were uncomfortable. Service was poor. Site claims cribs are available upon request so we didn't bring one, they claimed they don't have them when we asked for one upon arrival. The breakfast is hardly a breakfast offering only cheap donuts and cereal. The only positive thing about it it's its close location to Indiana beach, which thankfully we spent the majority of our time at so we weren't in the filth of the room except to sleep and shower.
