We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel complex for over a month, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The serene natural surroundings provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation, with the peace and quiet creating an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The house itself was charming, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. A special thanks to Vladimir, the owner of the complex, who was always ready to assist with any questions or requests. His warm hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed at one of the houses for about 2 months in summer. The place is simply incredible, there was nothing more I could wish for. Being from the USA, we are used to having spacious places to live, and the houses in this complex made me feel at home. Right next to the forest, the complex is very quiet and secure, so you can let your kids outside without any worry. We didn’t have AC at the house, however, even though it was one of the hottest summers around the world (2024), we didn’t feel like it was a real necessity; it almost feels like the complex is located in its own microclimate, being next to the forest. Special thank you to the complex owner, Vladimir, for being very accommodating and honest. Can’t wait for our next vacation here—hands down, the best place to stay in Bansko, which feels just like home.

The location is great. There is always fresh and chilly air at night even after a hot summer day. There is a complete silence outside at night and you can only hear frogs from the nearest lake. The owners are really helpful. The houses are roomy. Frankly speaking, we have a vacaton house at this location and we are happy to come there as often as possible.
