Overall a good stay experience here. Breakfast buffet is good though you do not get many options there. There’s also a spa and gives amazing massages at an affordable price. The view of the city is amazing from here. It is very near to mall road around 5-7 mins walk. It has two rooms with antique pieces which is open for the people to visit. The rooms are clean and the service is prompt. The staff is polite and the hotel is clean.

Visited the hotel last year. Location is excellent as it is near to mall road & some local sight seeing points. But entrance to hotel makes you most unwelcome as the small lift which takes you to hotel is very bad. Reception staff take their own time to attend to you even though you show your advanced booking. There are old & new rooms in adjacent towers. We got old rooms , facing the road. Very old rooms. Wooden flooring. Bad maintenance. Service staff never attend you. Dining hall pathetic. Very unhygienic. Breakfast very limited. Lunch & dinner also limited items and no tastes. We requested for change to new rooms. But the supervisor said not possible. Even though we enjoyed Darjeeling sight seeing as it is our first visit here, our stay in this hotel spoiled our pleasure trip.

I have stayed in hotel on 18/8/2022 to 20/8/2022. Don't believe on goody goody reviews. I have not seen worst resort that this. It should be given minus three star rating. 1. Rooms are not having any ventilation. There is sign warning guest not to open window because of monkey nuisance. Bathrooms are smelly & walls are having stains. As soon as entered the room i have to call for room freshener 2. Pathetic room service. As they were having big group of agricultural company workers, they are list bothered about other guests. we were told that due to low occupancy dinner bouffe is cancelled and dinner will be served in the room. However there was no coordination between what is ordered & what is actual served. Staff is least bothered about inconvenience caused to guests 3. Once your stay is over they will not give you any helping hand or bell boy to carry your luggage to taxi. You have to carry your luggage. Overall experience was disgusting & frustrating. God knows how they have been given three star status.
