🌟 Wonderful Group Stay with Scenic Views, Spacious Rooms & Delicious Food We recently stayed at this property during a family group tour of 45 members, having booked 17 rooms in total. The experience was smooth, memorable, and truly enjoyable for everyone. 🌄 Valley View & Location: The view from the rooms is absolutely stunning — a peaceful valley backdrop that adds to the charm of the property. The location itself is serene and perfect for a relaxing getaway. 🏨 Rooms & Amenities: The rooms are excellent in size, clean, and comfortable — ideal for both families and groups. The pool is beautifully maintained and a highlight for both kids and adults. 🙋‍♂️ Front Office & Staff: The front office staff was extremely courteous and cooperative throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and smooth coordination, especially with a large group like ours, were truly commendable. ☕ Food & Hi-Tea: The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The hi-tea arrangement was particularly impressive, offering a great variety and taste that everyone enjoyed. Overall, it was a fantastic group experience. We would happily recommend this property for family gatherings, group trips, or even a peaceful solo retreat!

ITC Fortune Resort Kalimpong is a wonderful hotel. Rooms are so comfortable, washrooms are very well designed. Must mention about the amenities they offer- a beautiful lawn, spa, swimming pool, feels so good staying in the hotel. The restaurant is also mentionable with tasty food nd very good service. The staff is really very courteous. Overall a very enjoyable stay with our family, wish to go back once again.

It was very pleasant and memorable stay .Mr.Suraj (Manager) arranged birthday cake for my daughter. Food was really awesome.we really enjoyed the property it was neat and clean. The only feedback is to installation of air conditioning in valley view rooms since temperature is increasing year on year, also if we try to cool the room down by opening the window, insects keep coming in. Overall highly recommended, will visit again.
