Pinia Hotel & Resort

Staff was absolutely brilliant, no complaint at all. Everyone was as helpful as they could. Staff was the best "thing" about the hotel. Breakfasts and dinners were very tasty and the choice of food was appropriate for little kids as well, which is what we really appreciated. Just 2 little issues we struggled with - there was no proper access to the hotel with a stroller, which I believe is an issue in hotel which focuses on the families with kids. The second thing is that the hotel rooms are quite small, I cant imagine going there in winter and having to dry all the wet clothes, which was quite challenging even now in summer. But overall staying in Pinia hotel was really pleasant and I totally recomend for the families with kids. There are several playrooms for kids with toys and books and stuff like that.

The young receptionist on Wednesday and Thursday was brilliant and professional. I did not see to chat with the staff, only guests, was very helpful and chatty. The swimming pool was not so cold like last time, whirlpool would need the fix. I have asked on Thursday morning for massage on wellness reception, was told it is not possible, which was shame as I needed it. Food was great, also lunch in the restaurant. There is a new waiter (lady with blond hair) and she was super nice. I loved the room A413, but please fix the ventilation. The maps and treasures are perfect. We enjoyed the walk and solving the tasks. On Friday morning I have asked for late check out at 12. The older receptionist with glasses told me, they have arrival the next day, so it is not a problem, but she would charge me of 200 czk. So rude. I have never had an issue in Orea hotel with this. It is an hour, not the whole day. As welcome back guests I did not ask for anything, because my son love this hotel, but I was expected to get at least the late check out. Also this receptionist all day was chatting with maids on the reception, which is super unprofessional! The maids came to my room, even I did say that it is still vacant. I was naked! Overall good stay but not coming back.

Dirty rooms, the radiators don’t always work and make annoying noises when heating the room, which disturbed my sleep. Poor dinner. Bad food that causes diarrhea and stomach pain. Unpleasant communication from the reception staff. A forged signature indicating that I had visited the bar I had to prove otherwise and they didn't even apologize. The pool area is cold, and the jacuzzi automatically turns on every 10 minutes. You had to pay extra for the sauna and reserve a time
