Pinnacle Grand Jomtien Resort and Beach Club

I was invited to spend a couple of nights here (three days) by my wife. And to be honest, the best thing about this place is that it’s memorable — for better or worse! Many of the negative reviews you’ll find are actually quite accurate. The hotel isn’t in the best condition. During our stay, it seemed like it was constantly under renovation, which suggests they’re at least trying to improve things. That said, I genuinely enjoyed the garden area — it was peaceful, green, and pleasant. The pool was fine, nothing amazing, but nice enough to relax. Overall, the atmosphere was calm, which I appreciated. The rooms were okay — nothing fancy, but we slept just fine. However, we had some friends staying in another room, and apparently someone called them around 1 a.m., which was totally unexpected and a bit unsettling. Thankfully, nothing like that happened to us… or maybe it did, and we just slept through it! In the end, considering the price and the setting, it’s not a bad place to stay. Just go with the right expectations — and good luck!

Second time for my family to stay here as the room good for 4 has a large bed, bunk bed, sofa and still have ample space to move around. Wish they have more electrical outlets and better Wifi in our room. Place is close to the beach. Staff were accommodating and provided good service.

Very old hotel that passed it's glory days. The room are in very bad condition and the staff are no longer eager to work. Reception is horrible - long time, no smile, still asking 1,000 bath deposit. Breakfast is good - Thai style Internet is good Amenities - bad quality The only plus side is the private beach and the pools. Cost is reasonable Nothing around - they do have some shuttle but not enough
