Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier

We spent 4 nights at the Pinnacle on the Pier and truly enjoyed ourselves. The location is perfect for watching the water, we even had whales swim by while we were there. We never ate at the hotel however if you like greek food there is a great restaurant right across the street from it! We had a harbour view room and loved it! Absolutely worth it. The room was comfortable, incredibly clean and well stocked. The balcony was sufficient albeit very small. The only suggestion I could offer is to maybe have two small chairs on the balconies. We loved everything about the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I had the absolute pleasure of hosting my company’s leadership team offsite at the Pinnacle Hotel last week, and it was a truly fabulous, flawlessly executed, week-long event. From the very start, I worked closely with Joanne (Sales Manager) and Leah (Catering Manager), who were both incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. They made everything seamless and stress-free, and their attention to detail ensured the event ran perfectly from start to finish. The hotel rooms were lovely and easy to book, and the private space set up for our daily meetings was exactly what we needed — comfortable, professional, and well-equipped. The catering team delivered exceptional service every day — warm, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and always timed just right. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and conveniently located, but what really sets it apart is the team. Their hospitality made the experience truly memorable. Whether you're planning a business event or a vacation stay, I would highly recommend the Pinnacle Hotel. It was a fantastic experience all around!

Had stayed at The Pinnacle 10 years ago. It’s as great as last time.! Clean and inviting. Super friendly staff. The meals in The Lobby Restaurant were very good. I asked for a bay facing room and even got the 7th floor. Will definitely go back.
