The service at this hotel is top tier. The woman who cleaned my room was especially friendly and accommodating. The property manager was incredibly helpful in assisting me when I had to unfortunately leave early due to a family emergency. I am thankful for their kindness and appreciate the work they did to make me have one less worry during a difficult time. I would return again for the service alone!
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - for a stay for myself and my dad (83) on our first trip to Canada. Every expectation I had was exceeded (well - to be honest the only drawback might have been the decor in the rooms was a bit dated but that was easy to overlook given all of the other exceptional elements of this hotel). The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I chose the harbor view room which was an amazing place to stay for three days to check out all of the harbor activity was just fascinating. I loved that the hotel had E bikes for rent ON SITE! it made it so easy to try out an e-bike for the first time. Also Coal Harbor was beautiful and really close to Stanley Park - so we had a great place to go use the bikes and explore Vancouver. We dined at the hotel restaurant for most of our meals - and each was outstanding. The service was exceptional at the front desk, in the restaurant, at the hotel bar and really every person we interacted with improved our experience at the hotel. I am so thrilled that I found you. This was my first visit to Vancouver and I can't wait to come back - and stay with you again!
Wonderful views from this hotel, overlooking the Seaplane dock at Coal Harbour. Good rooms. Restaurant is in the lobby, subject to noisy music acts that echo from the glass wall. Brunch was good but expensive and there’s no ambiance in the lobby. Staff bring up baggage for a tip, because the front steps are steep up to the guest elevator on the desk level. Better to go out to eat at Cactus, a short walk to the conference center at the dock—just as the desk staff hinted.
