Pinnacle Residences Cambridge Pym Court

I stayed at a variety of these flats over the last year and have always been extremely satisfied. Prime location, with shops and restaurants within a 3 minute walk, and all the major shopping and dining within a 10 minute walk. The bus station is right down the road, easy for taxis to get in and out of, and isn't too far from the train station either. As for the accommodations, very comfortable, spacious, clean, well-decorated, and with an excellent kitchen to prepare as few or as many meals as you would like. Excellent terrace for dining or relaxing. It is above the firestation but I never once was disturbed by traffic/firestation/outside noise (it must be a very well insulated building).

It wasn't quite what is shown, it is looking a bit tired, the collection of keys didn't go well. The location is good especially with the underground parking.

Do not bother booking here the owner is a fraud. I booked the apartment with booking.com and opted to pay the higher fee to get free cancellation. The owner repeatedly spammed me with messages requesting me to cancel the booking and book directly to save him money from fees. I was told the terms will not change. Accommodation for the dates I needed was limited so I had no other choice to book. Due to covid my event was cancelled when I tried to cancel my booking and requested my £480 deposit he point blank refused. I was subjected to a lengthy course of verbal abuse about how I was selfish for cancelling and I owed it to him to keep his business running. He is now refusing to give me my money back and made very derogatory comments about me. Please book with a reputable company and do not subject yourself to this horrible person. He doesn’t deserve your business.
