Pino Nature Hotel BW Premier Collection

Stayed here for a few days before staying in the city. Beautiful spot on the mountain. If you love nature and hikes this spot is great. The rooms are nice and bright with their funky design. Food is good with lots of options for breakfast. They need to have more plant based options on their dinner menu.

The location of Pino Nature Hotel is simply breathtaking — nestled in the middle of a serene pine forest. It’s the perfect getaway for nature lovers, with direct access to hiking trails, outdoor calisthenics areas, and fun spaces for children. The restaurant is outstanding, especially the breakfast which exceeded my expectations. The staff are friendly, warm, and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. special thanks to Edin and Gorana for their warm and professional service. However, room service could be improved to match the overall high standard of the hotel. Still, a wonderful place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Came for a coffee after a hike, ordered and was told it would be brought out to my table. 20 minutes later, no coffee and a waiter tells me seating is for customers only 🙃 I explain I'm waiting for a coffee and then he finally brings one to me. Nice views and nice location, but the staff are disorganized. The coffee was expensive compared to inside the city, but I guess on a mountain they can charge whatever they like.
