Pioneer Pocket Hotel

stumbled across this little boutique hotel by accident what a gym. The restaurant was amazing, we had rack of lamb and a wedge salad. The room was very comfortable roommate and well appointed the bed and linens were very comfortable, and they offered multiple toiletries and towels, more than your major chain hotels. The girl that helped us check in was very polite and very helpful. Definitely a place I would recommend.

We have enjoyed the location of our unexpected stay in Lubbock. The bed is comfortable, plenty of towels and spacious rooms.

I called to inquire about room availability for an upcoming conference, but unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone was extremely dismissive and did not allow me the opportunity to explain my request. This experience was disappointing and reflects a need for improved customer service training at this facility. As the first point of contact, her attitude plays a significant role in shaping guests’ impressions. If potential customers are met with rudeness, it can discourage future business. I’ve also noticed that similar concerns have been mentioned in previous reviews, which is troubling. We didn’t even get the chance to stay due to how poorly the initial interaction was handled.
