Absolutely wonderful oasis in vic falls, quiet away from the helicopters and with two pools with some ducks for friends. Don't bother with the fancy places downtown, its super easy and cheap to get a taxi there and back arranged by the wonderful front desk ladies, Charity and Precious. Thanks for putting up with all my many questions! Breakfast is more than sufficient to keep you energized for your day, and the bar was always a welcome respite at the end of the day. Spa was excellent as well. Comfy bed, good AC, and nice shower. Shout out to Simon our driver who also picked up my missing luggage the next day and brought it to our room. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Little store and restaurant next door as well if you need something.

First place my family stayed and it's amazing. My family has food allergies and they made the food exactly to their specific needs. Customer service was amazing, very kind and helpful staff. The tour guide Simon was super kind and funny. An absolutely amazing expirience.

Nice rooms, friendly staff and one of the best continental breakfasts I've seen in awhile! A little ways away from town but easy to reach via taxi.
