Pipa Privilege Suítes

Very Nice place. Perfect spot to go with children and as a couple. Close to a town full of locals to enjoy the local atmosphere and at the other side pipa full of bars and nightlife. This hotel is very good connected to the beaches.

I spent my honeymoon here and spent 5 nights and 6 days. The good: the resort is kept impeccably well. The view is spectacular. Very private feel to the place. Very romantic setting to everything from the pool to the private hammocks and outdoor beds overlooking the blue sea. Rooms are large and kept very clean. Beds are very comfortable and AC works great. The bad: The variety of food at breakfast is lacking. Eggs, a meat and a starch is all you will get as a hot meal. There are plenty of fruit options and some more cheese/bread/cake options. Tip: ask for custom omelets to switch things up... Markings and instructions must be improved, we had no idea it was against the rules to bring our champagne to the hot tub and we were threatened to be fined if we didn't put the bottle away immediately, i understand there are rules but make it known... not exactly a good way to treat guests. The ugly: Being a small boutique hotel, service must be the top highlight for guests throughout the stay of guests... this was not the case for my wife and I. I felt we were bothering the breakfast staff whenever we talked to them. I give 3 stars and not 2 because the view, cleanliness and room quality were great... if they can improve on customer service and breakfast options this resort has everything to be the best resort in Pipa.

The hotel is a bit confusing, because there are two "hotels": Pipa Privilege Resort, and Pipa Boutique. The reception is shared between them. The announcements in hotel websites suggest that both have sea views, but only Boutique hotel has it. The Resort hotel has two kinds of accomodation: apartments and bungalow. We stayed in the bungalow. The room is big and the queen bed is comfy, bit the bathroom shower area is small and we had a couple of issues about it: the shower drain was blocked and water shortage. The breakfast is good. It has typical food, fruits, juice, some kinds of bread, omelet, sweet bread.
