We were a family. The place is wonderful: quiet, clean, beautiful, cozy, spacious, friendly. We really really liked it. Polite and understanding service!!! Near super markets, cafes, a Playground, a beautiful embankment. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Our arrival was on March 12-14 2022

Lady at reception very helpful and welcoming. She straightaway offered to arrange a taxi for the morning and that worked very well. Rooms large but wrong vibe. Feels like a cheap warehouse conversion. Someone went berserk with exposed chipboard everywhere. Bathroom ok but needs attention to paint peeling off and mould. Good location for early ferry .

Bed bugs!!! Light doesn’t work Wifi doesn’t work Tv doesn’t work They offered a refund, however I got 0 hours of sleep and when I asked if they had somewhere else meaning another room that didn’t have bedbugs for me to sleep in they said they are fully booked (this is in the morning as my sister and friend were in an out of sleep, I don’t want to disturb them because they are sick.) mind you we got to the hotel at 2:30 am to check in. I checked online and they have rooms you can book, so they lied to me. This totally ruined my vacation, now I’m going to have to spend the day with no sleep, no place to stay till my ferry, and on top of that I have to wash everything I brought with me to make sure I don’t travel with the bed bugs.
