As for a 5 star ultra all inclusive hotel I expected a lot more, there was no variety of drinks, the desserts were very bad as for Turkey, the staff with slight exceptions were arrogant. Overall atypical for Turkey. The place is very good, the animators very good. I would not go again.

Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money The only positive things I can mention are the sea — which was beautiful as always — and the room, which was quite decent and cleaned daily. However, everything else was a letdown. For the first three days, the food was fairly good and somewhat varied. But after that, it went downhill — just side dishes and nothing really satisfying. The staff were extremely rude, unfriendly, and frankly seemed miserable. I’ve never experienced such poor service in a Turkish hotel — and this was my 8th visit to Turkey. The snack bar was a joke — hardly any options. The pools were dirty, and the animation was so minimal and basic that there’s absolutely no sign of a kid-friendly concept, despite what the hotel advertises. To be honest, this is a 3-star hotel at best. I cannot recommend it. It felt like a waste of money and completely ruined the mood of the holiday.

Terrible hotel – not even close to 5 stars! Unsafe and unhygienic. Our stay at this hotel was a disaster. The food was awful – completely bland, unsalted, and the same every day. On “seafood day,” they served only tasteless crayfish boiled in plain water. Another day, they served spoiled mussels that smelled terrible. When we complained, the manager insisted they were fresh – even though many guests were saying the same. When we tried to record our conversation with the manager, he aggressively tried to take our phone. Completely unacceptable behavior. Most of the staff were rude and unhelpful, except for some bartenders and the animation team. During late check-in, we were greeted by a clearly annoyed and sleepy receptionist. The children’s pool was unsafe – no safety mats, no lifeguards except briefly in the morning and evening. They often closed the pool earlier than scheduled. To make things worse, our child got a skin infection, likely from the water or hotel grounds. A rash appeared on multiple parts of the body, and we had to seek medical help after returning home. The only good thing was the kids’ club and the animators – they were great. The sea was nice, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It ruined our vacation, and we will definitely never return. After this experience, we’ve lost interest in visiting Turkey again.
