Everything is excellent, from the check in procedure until the check out time. My friends and their kids love the room very much, as well as the spectacular jungle view. They like going up and down the staircases, so the lack of lift was not an issue. They enjoyed fresh air and also breakfast. The traditional architecture is a plus. They said it's a real taste of Bali. All the staff provide impeccable services during their stay. Thank you.

Relaxing holiday in stunning atmosphere with very kind staff We spent a week in the hotel in a garden villa and literally, it was a small villa surrounded by beautiful trees and plants whose colours were unbelievable. Absolute relaxing atmosphere with nice, kind people around. Everybody at the hotel was really helpful and they called us by our names all the time. We got the maximum attention during our stay. We were mesmerised by the view from the restaurant as well as from the pool. Our room, literally a villa, was spacious and private, a perfect place for tranquility. The shuttle bus service was a great help to get into the city centre. I can recommend this hotel if you want to have a relaxing holiday in picturesque surroundings.
