Great accommodation with nice staff but how you get informed by the receptionist differs a lot. When we arrived, we received a brief introduction, while when our friends arrived, they received a very detailed introduction from a different receptionist, including a map and all sorts of recommendations. I do believe you can always ask them anything and reception is open 24/7. Rooms can use an update but everything is functional. Refrigerator a little loud at night. Corridors noisy, if a kid is screaming there at night, or people do not leave quietly, it will wake you up. At least in our room on the 2nd floor it did. Airconditioning worked great. Wifi ok in our room but friends had some complaints. Cleaning very often, every day except for the weekends. Swimming pool lovely and clean, beautiful garden but sunbeds urgently need to be replaced for comfortable ones. There is a kids club with nice activities every week. Location great to visit a lot of lovely beaches, towns and cities. Good restaurant and supermarket in the same complex and around the corner. Enough space to park in high season. We had a great time.

I went with a group for a pre- arranged lunch. The service was pleasant, the meal was OK. Since we were limited to choices, I can't really say what their normal menu is like. It's a good place for meetings & lunch afterwards

It was okay, we got a room on the ground floor looking at the pool. Very glad we did, easy access to the nice garden/pool. What I absolutely didn‘t like is the noise-level. If you care about this then better not come here, the walls are really thin, you can hear pretty much every word of every conversation of your neighbours. Quite sad about this part, other than that it is a nice hotel. Friendly staff, nice choice of restaurants all around. After we found an alternative, less busy, route to the beach we were happy. Main road is not doable/safe to walk with kids.
