Pizzomunno Vieste Palace Hotel

Really a beautiful hotel. The hotel area is so big that you actually wanna call it a resort. If you like the old luxury style, then you'll love this hotel. Because it is kept in this style and it fits perfect. OK, the rooms are not brand new and it is a little longer walk to Vieste, but therefore you get: clean and well maintained rooms, very friendly and professional staff, free parking, a hotel owned beach club just across the street and an impressive atmosphere. And absolutely worth to mention, a delicious breakfast (I`d say it has the best sweet breakfast I ever have seen in like 20 hotels in Italy so far - my compliments to the pasticceria).

It's been months since we stayed at Pizzomunno, but as I finally put together our photo book I am flooded with reasons why we loved this place so much! The website looks like it has been updated since our booking, so we were pleasantly surprised with some aspects of the hotel which were not well explained prior to visiting. The location is about a mile from the main town, which we found very relaxing. The beach area is quiet. We were there in busy August and never had trouble getting chairs or attention. The pool was always empty! AND it is so beautiful. We loved hopping into the pool after a long few hours at the beach. The restaurant on the beach is quite lovely. Very updated and posh. With that, there aren't many kid friendly options for a quick lunch. We found ourselves walking down to other beach clubs for a sandwich or hot dog. The rooms are outdated in my American opinion but they are kept well, very clean. The cleaning staff does a good job. The kids club is amazing! Actually the same people in charge of the kids club are in charge of daily activities for most things such as aqua gym at the beach during the day, dancing, beach games, music - they did a great great job. My three kids loved playing with them at the beach doing sandcastles or face paint. It was a really nice included amenity that I am sure other hotels do not offer. The walk to town each night was fine for us, but we had three kiddos with us ages 5-7. It was a bit tough for them, but we never tried a taxi. The downtown was bustling, but we never had trouble finding a table for 7 somewhere. PIzzomunno has a friendly staff, a very quiet nice vibe, a lot of activities during the day to break it up, and really clean and well kept grounds. I would recommend it to anyone and would love to go back one day to visit :) CIAO from Ohio, USA!

Great hotel in a great location. Excellent service from the staff at the Reception and from Andrea at the beach! We especially loved how Camilla greeted us every morning during breakfast. She provided us with excellent service and made us feel very welcome! Thank you.
