Plaai Prime Hotel Rayong Sha Extra Plus

Plaai Prime in Rayong is clean, hygienic, and affordable—not too cheap, not too pricey. Nice place with a swimming pool, but the parking space is quite narrow.

Great location, OK-ish breakfast, OK-ish hospitality. The room I stayed in was satisfactory. Overall it's a bit of an in-between decent and very good, probably better suited for business travelers than leisure. I had a pool facing room with a balcony but I'm not really sure it's a good place to chill if I had more chill time. Did not try the pool. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with great shower pressure and hot water though surprisingly for a 4-star hotel toothbrush and toothpaste were not made available but instead had to be requested. Something specific to pick on: I like the Japanese inspired toilet but it wasn't a Japanese brand and some of the buttons were frustratingly not functional during my stay so I had to use the common bathroom at some point.

Rooms great , comfy bed and nice pillows and cool toilet 💺! Breakfast is not great , and cold 🥶 , nothing is replenished , I asked lady for pancakes she said no more and croissants 🥐 hard , told staff were not interested! cleaners knocking on door every morning to clean room (not good) , should have sign for door, and swimming pool is dirty and gets zero sun ☀️! Swimming pool needs a good clean 🧽! Front desk are really good, very nice lady's 10/10. We had breakfast included but advised front desk that we don't want it after 2 days of cold breakfast! Everything should be fresh and not sat there from 6:00am! (Being honest). Good location IMO 6 mins by scooter to beach 🏝️ and shopping centre next door! Over all 8/10! PS night security guard is very good and very respectful 10/10!
