Placemakr Premier SoBro

My husband and I came to Nashville to celebrate a friend’s birthday and we stayed at Placemakr SoBro. We arrived early and luckily had the option for early check in! Our room was perfect! It was spacious and cozy and it had a city view! We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying coffee or a beverage! They have a number you can text if you need anything and they were attentive and helpful when we did. Front desk staff is so nice! It’s in a great location. Close to everything, but far enough to enjoy a nights sleep! We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. We highly recommend staying here!

At first not sure if the concept was for me but what a surprise the access codes keep the place safe the room had anything you could possibly want full kitchen washer dryer huge bedroom three closet one the size of a holiday inn room. Living room, and my room had a terrace. The furniture and appliances were in great shape and this room was spotless. What more could you possibly want or need ?

Booked for my anniversary with my wife. They cancelled on their end without notifying us. When I called as to the reason I was "blacklisted", the front desk couldn't answer as they states they did not hace that info and stated I could call back for a manager Saturday. Well, no manager was there Saturday so we had to rebook elsewhere. I emailed a contact they gave to me and they never responded (waited weeks). Left 2 voicemail and tried to catch a manager but they were never in or disconnected the call after placing me on hold. I value being upstanding and wish there would have been communication. Since they have not properly communicated and cancelled without notification I would love to have left 0 Stars but had to leave a 1 star review. I've been treated like garbage for 0 reason. I would not recommend booking with them want a similar experience.
