Great views out the windows! We used the gym, lounge area, and decks and were surprised by how well they were maintained. We used the hotel’s bikes to explore Zurich, which was very fun. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. It has grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. We loved our stay!

Fantastic hotel with a great view and uniquely styled, clean rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating—happy to hold my luggage and quick to respond when my flight was delayed. I visit this city regularly for business, and this place is definitely a standout. Will absolutely be staying here again—truly a hidden gem.

This hotel is overpriced and certainly not worthy of a 4-star rating, despite what it shows on Booking.com. I would personally rate it as a 3-star at best. There was no air conditioning in the room, which was surprising for a hotel of this rating. I was given a fan instead, which barely circulated any air. Thankfully, the weather cooled down after two days — otherwise, it would’ve been unbearable. The breakfast was the worst I’ve had anywhere in the world — and I’ve travelled extensively. Minimal options, poorly maintained, and every day I had to ask staff to refill basic items like water or food. Even when I asked for water, they would only fill the jug 20% full, seemingly trying to ration it. It felt extremely cheap and unprofessional. Do not waste your money on the breakfast — it’s simply not worth it. Overall, I found the hotel to be lacking in both value and service, and I wouldn’t return.
