Very clean and spacious rooms. The staff were absolutely fantastic, helpful and ready to answer any questions. The hotel has so many additional activities. Thank you for the great stay. One recommendation - I would recommend to not allow smoking during breakfast even if it is outside. During lunch and dinner more seating choices are available, but for breakfast it is not a pleasant experience if someone smokes nearby you.
Excellent hotel. Quite, close to the beach, walking distance from the main streets. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and professional. We would definitely be back again.
We had a truly great experience at Hotel Plamena Palace in Primorsko, Bulgaria. The room was very clean, with everything you might need during your stay. Cleaning was done daily – the floors were mopped, towels replaced, toiletries restocked, and after three days, even the bedsheets were changed without us having to ask. I never once felt sand in the bathroom or elsewhere, which says a lot for a seaside hotel. Reception was helpful and friendly, with young English-speaking staff who were always willing to help. We could even exchange money at the front desk, which offered the best rate around, and it was available until 9 PM. One thing I truly appreciated was how clean everything was, including the balconies, windows, pool area, and even the public restrooms near the pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent – a wide selection of both sweet and savory options. To our surprise, there was even ice cream, pancakes, pastries, spreads like Nutella, and various dressings. Everything was fresh every morning. The hotel has two pools – we mostly used the larger one in the back, which seemed to have slightly salty water and was always clean. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available, even though the hotel was fairly busy. The sunbeds were clean, and the young staff was constantly attentive – bringing drinks from the bar to your table, adjusting umbrellas, and tidying up the area. There’s also a fitness center available for free, and drink prices at the pool bar were very reasonable – the same as in most places outside the hotel. ✅ Overall, I highly recommend this hotel – it’s clean, well-run, and offers excellent service for the price. ❌ The only downside was the lunch menu at the hotel restaurant. While very cheap (around €4.50 per meal), the quality was poor, so I wouldn’t recommend having lunch there. Drinks and other services were absolutely fine. 👉 Still, we were genuinely satisfied and would come back. Just have lunch elsewhere, and you’ll have a wonderful stay!
