Planalto Select Hotel Ponta Grossa

This is the best hotel in Ponta Grossa by far. My wife and I have stayed here multiple times, and even though the staff turnover is high, the experience remains consistent. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, the shower pressure is fantastic. The toiletries are pretty basic, but we travel with our own so that doesn't affect us. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The food is comparable to the best hotels we've stayed in worldwide, and the variety is huge. Parking is straightforward, and the valets work quickly. The price of parking does seem to have increased recently. Overall, the Planalto is a place that we always look forward to returning to.

Stayed here last week for 4 days and 3 nights, They have big room, big bathroom, clean, well renovated, good customer service and room service, They also have lumen Cafe on the ground floor. The hotel is strategically located in the center which is near to almost everything. The only thing that is kinda not good is the parking, They will usually ask for the keys so they can park for you, but we prefer parking on ourselves, our choice. And it is kinda always full, and tight. But if you prefer to have them park your car, then it will be better for you. Breakfast and Parking is included on the hotel rate, Overall, it is a nice place to stay. We will gladly stay here again. Thanks!

People are nice but the room needs updating by at least 15 years which is the age of the towels! Absolutely not better than a 3 star hotel maybe 2.5
