Planet Hollywood Cancun Adult Scene by Royalton An Autograph Collection All Inclusive Resort Adults Only

We stayed in this hotel in December 2024 and it was a fantastic holiday (I’ve been meaning to send this review for months!!). The rooms were nice and the bars, pools and beaches were amazing. On slight critique is some of the restaurants were only OK but the Brazilian and buffet restaurants were very good. A massive shout out to Francisco and Marco who worked in the pool area. The drinks kept coming by Francisco and he always made us feel welcome. Marco really looked after us and always ensured we had a a sun lounger by the pool. Both of them made our holiday and my partner and I still say how good and lovely they were. We loved this hotel and could not recommend it highly enough!!!

We had an amazing time at Planet Hollywood Cancun! The entire resort is clean, stylish, and full of energy. The staff were friendly and made sure every detail was taken care of. So many food options, everything was delicious, and we loved the variety of restaurants. The pool areas are beautiful, the entertainment was top-notch, and the service was fast and super welcoming. Whether you’re looking to relax or have fun, this place has it all. We truly felt like stars! Can’t wait to come back.

This is absolutely not a 5 star resort NOR is it a place that is deemed adults only. The smell was awful, the water was brown and then turned yellow if you let it run long enough, the mini fridge was never properly stocked, had to beg for bottles of water, reservations for the entire week weren’t available on day one. All but one pool and one restaurant had families and kids. The room was horrible, I demanded a new one and received one although it was no better. The place lacks cleanliness. Spilled drinks with fruit and cigarette butts everywhere and weren’t cleaned for 2-3 days. The food wasn’t good. The staff didn’t handle the criticism of the room well and were down right rude. They never refilled a coffee filter or soaps. $5500 for five nights. It’s shocking this is Marriott/autograph. The place is a disaster and they just slap plaster everywhere. The people trying to sell you stuff NEVER stopped. They hounded you for activities, spa, timeshare, and photos. To get anywhere is an extremely long walk. I wouldn’t want you to make the same mistake we did. Travel Agent AAA helped with this and said they had good reviews. That’s very suspect. The $500 in free credits is an absolute joke. I used one $50 spa coupon for a massage
