Plus, having direct access to the sea beach is a huge bonus for beach lovers. The staff here are incredibly supportive and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Hey guys! Just wanted to share something important about this so called five-star property Planet Hollywood Resort, Goa. One of my family members recently stayed there and had a really disappointing experience. He posted a negative review about the unprofessional behavior of a senior staff member at the spa, which truly ruined his stay. But here’s the shocking part instead of sincerely addressing the complaint, the resort offered him a free lunch and dinner just to delete the review. Rather than improving their service, they’re trying to cover up honest feedback with freebies. Not cool for a place that claims five-star standards.
