Planos Beach Hotel

I visited the hotel with my daughter. Since she is gluten-free, I specifically looked for a place that could provide gluten-free meals – that was the most important point for us. During our stay, I was very pleased to see that the restaurant staff made a real effort to ensure the gluten-free diet was varied and enjoyable. They were also extremely helpful and kind throughout our entire week-long stay

Just finished a 2 week holiday at planos beach hotel and so sad, from start to end the people made us so welcome, Chris the manager introduced herself right away which we thought ticked a box, the receptionist who recognised us from 15 years previous (sorry forgot name shame) the room was spotlessly clean and kept the same standard for 2 weeks, the staff, breakfast, bar and cleaners were very friendly could not ask for more, we are so glad we have already booked for next year, we love tsilivi, see you soon and thank you xx

I recommend the Planos Beach hotel and the people who create this place. Rooms clean, cleaned every day. The food was good, varied. Erin, who works in the hotel's restaurant, and the bartenders - Kacper and Janis, deserve special mention. They create a unique atmosphere of this place, they are always smiling and very sociable. The hotel is bustling with life. Regards
