Wonderful trip to just relax and get away from it all. Was here for 3 days, 2 nights and feel like it wasn't enough. The food was amazing with picturesque views, the room and bed was so comfortable, and the staff were all so incredibly kind and helpful! Special mention for the spa, so fantastic we went all 3 days! Also recommend going to their sunrise resto on top of a hill for the great views.
It is as expected. Road access is big enough, public area in and surrounding is very pleasant. Room and bathroom is great. People are also great, shout out for Willy and Naufal for superb communication and service. Love everything. Thanks
Love the atmosphere. Room is nice & clean. View from 3rd floor balcony is very nice. Staff very friendly & helpful. Some nice facilities for kids. Breakfast is nice & quite extensive. Afternoon tea also quite nice. Esthetic hotel, need to try it at least once. Advise: if you want a room with a balcony with a view, do not book a room in the 1st floor. 1st floor balcony's garden is poorly done imo. This is the only drawback of the facilities. Ps. While we stay there, our neighbor was smoking in their balcony even though clearly stated no smoking allowed. Come on people, try to follow the rules.
