Overall, a good hotel for its price. We found the room to be clean and staff was friendly. From the drawbacks, the window did not fully open, and was overlooking a wall. Moreover, under the hotel there is a bar which plays music until 2 am. This is very inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was quite good.
Stayed 6 nights — internet unstable the entire stay, safe never worked, and the spoon was dirty on arrival. Towels/bathrobe placed for replacement were just hung back up or taken away without replacing, and bottled water was only “2 bottles per stay.” On the 3rd night the faucet broke and splashed water all over me. Some staff were kind, but others were rude with no apology. For this price, chain hotels are far more reliable.
This used to be a great hotel, but this year it changed owners - and now it's awful. Dirty rooms, torn robes, no hot water periodically. And they can also tell you that they didn't see your reservation and put some people in your rooms for cash, and you'll have to argue with the administration for 4 hours to get your reservation back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
