I stayed three nights at this hotel with very high expectations as it is a 4 star rated hotel in Paris. The towels were not changed until I went to the front desk to request them. Sheets were given to us but we had to make the bed ourselves?? There was a leak in the ceiling that dropped onto the toilet. I would definitely disagree with the posted 4 star rating. The fact I was charged over $500 CAD a night for this experience is very disappointing. I would advise you to avoid this hotel
Never again! All good, until we checked out. We had a flight at midday, and the deposit refund had to be processed after the room check in the afternoon, for which we couldn't wait. Then we received an email from Kassandra, that one plaid is missing and the deposit cannot be refunded. Me and my wife didn't take anything from the room, and this cheap scam from this business could have been avoided.
BIG NO NO! They cancelled my booking and gave me a nonsense reason for it. I asked multiple times if the room can take 3 adults and they said yes on 3 occasions (I even went to the hotel to confirm). Now they cancelled and said they can't take 3 adults.
