We stayed here for a few nights after leaving another hotel early. What an amazing experience! Every member of staff was attentive and pleasant (they even took the time to answer my nephew's many, many questions). Everything was completely spotlessly clean and fresh. I will definitely be staying here when I visit Balikpapan in the future, I don't even need to look elsewhere. The only thing that bothered me - the bathroom sink was very, very shallow, and turning the faucet to anything above about 25% resulted in an unexpected shower
I love this hotel for allowing early check-in at 12.30 a.m. This hotel also has attentive staffs and excellent breakfast.
They provide a flight information screen in the lobby! So we can check our up coming flight schedule etc, awesome! Their location is a bit far from the town center and traffic can be busy. The room is clean and comfy, I was well rested here. Their breakfast selection is super nice. Most importantly, their gym/fitness center is clean and provide decent equipments. Thank you!
