Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA

I had an amazing experience at Platinum Mountain Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the relaxing view from the balcony. The spa and wellness area were perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. I also appreciated the hotel’s great location – close to nature and within walking distance of many attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Platinum Mountain Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony. Breakfast was available for an extra charge and was definitely worth it — very tasty and with a good variety. The on-site restaurant also served delicious food. Unfortunately, one of the saunas was closed during our stay, but that didn’t affect our experience. We still had relaxing time #PlatinumReturn

I have stayed in many five-star hotels all over the world and this one is definitely the worst. I have been to Poland several times this year for work and I have always been pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and professionalism of the staff. But this is a five-star exception. Unwilling staff, very average food and sometimes we are waiting for something. It could be a good four-star hotel but not for this money. I really like Poland and the local services but I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
