Platinum Palace Boutique Hotel

If I could marry a hotel experience, I'd propose to this one! The staff were so attentive I checked my shirt for a VIP sticker I didn't know about. I was thoroughly impressed with our experience! The staff provided attentive and friendly service throughout our visit. The food was delicious across the board, though I would skip the cheese-based burger which wasn't to my taste. The drink selection was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the ambiance with its welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and well-appointed, and the location couldn't be more convenient. From the service to the accommodations, nearly everything exceeded my expectations.

We visited for 3 nights and in the end even extended our booking to 4th night, because we loved it here. Prices here for the stay are really cheap for a 5* hotel. The staff is so nice and helpful, smiling receptionist Mikolaj helped us understand everything correctly or helped us with our questions we had. Upon check-in you are asked to make a deposit of 200zl./night, and the whole deposit is returned, if you didnt make additional payments throughout your stay. There's a billiard table and a wellness which we used really often too. We also had included a breakfast and it was tasty and fresh. The whole area is really nice and calm, even with a backdoor alley to the park behind the hotel. The only problem we had was once a full parking lot, but its something that won't change our opinion on this hotel. Thanks for hosting us, we will return for sure ;)

The hotel is ok regarding services and location especially if you need to go somewhere out of Wroclaw. Even there was a night with a big party until 2am that didn't let us sleep,the manager of the hotel apologized the next day,did not charge that night and gave a gift...nobody will return us that night that we didn't sleep,but at least the hotel tried to repair the damage.
