Beautiful condo to stay in just outside Canmore. Quiet, clean. Easy check in and check out. If you don't mind being 5 minutes out of town. View from the balcony is beautiful. Large rooms and kitchen entertainment area.

A very quiet and updated resort up in the hills above Canmore. Although the entire building has been fairly recently updated, the walls are paper thin. You will hear every conversation in the hall and will know exactly which rooms around you are occupied. There are also some weird issues with the plumbing that causes random knocking sounds at all hours.

I stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend with my family. When I arrived, I had a shower, and the water would not drain. There ended up being hair stuck in the drain. We called multiple times and left a voicemail. No one ever answered the phone or called us back. Very disappointing. The service hours listed were from 10am to 9pm. We couldn't use the shower all weekend. The carpet was dirty, and there were food crumbs all over the kitchen chairs. When I plugged in their hairdryer, sparks flew! A lamp in the living room didn't work. There were no robes or games in the room as advertised. My in-laws heard a banging noise in their bedroom every night. I would not stay here again. It looks like they do not care about the facility or their customers. The beds were comfy on the plus side, and the pool/hot tub was nice.
