Platinium is a nice place to stay. The prices were decent for the apartment size. What I do not like is that the apartments are not isolated there is a lot of noise from other apartments. This was a big disappointment.

Not sure why the staff are even there. When asked for help with directions or checking the room, all I got was “I don’t know.” Seriously? If that’s all you can say, what exactly is your purpose? You’re not there just to stand around — your job is to assist people. If that’s too much to ask, maybe this isn’t the right job for you.

I would like to share my negative experience of renting an apartment through this company. Unfortunately, the apartments they offer do not meet the advertised standards at all. The condition of the property was terrible: it was dirty, the appliances were broken, the pillows and curtains were so filthy that it was unpleasant to use them, the floor was unclean, and the plumbing was in awful condition — even the shower door handles were broken, making it impossible to close. The mattresses were particularly bad: they were extremely uncomfortable, dirty, and even broken. As a result, we didn’t sleep all night, which made the situation even worse. I am attaching photos of the property, but I want to note that these were taken after an additional cleaning that we requested, hoping that the company would fix the issues and bring the apartment into proper condition. However, after the cleaning, it became clear that nothing had been done, and the apartment remained in the same filthy, terrible state. Consequently, we decided we had to leave immediately. The payment was made in advance for 6 nights, but the company refused to refund the money. Additionally, the owner showed complete irresponsibility. He categorically refused to acknowledge the problems and didn’t want to engage in any discussion. After we left, he also refused to provide any documents regarding our departure. Furthermore, upon check-in, he suggested bypassing official platforms like Booking and didn’t want to issue payment invoices. This was at Platinum Towers, Block A, room 710. I do not recommend using the services of this company. They do not care about their clients and do not provide accommodation of adequate quality.
