A bit outdated rooms. For example all the door handles were tired. I was every tome a bit afraid they fall off. Depending which side are the windows and the weekday expect from outside loud voices and car rally😀 We stayed in Saturday and there was a party at casino and in the streets held by sportcars. Watertap in a kitchen sprayed water out from everywhere (2-3 places). Location is nice, 30minutes to old town. Secure parking house (90 PLN/1day). Easy to pay for it via direct link they provide.
I stayed here for four nights in August during my visit in Warsaw. Me and a couple friends had rented a deluxe plus apartment. We were lucky to get one on the 15th floor, so the view was phenomenal. Also, it's at a very convenient location in the city centre. However, the check-in was quite inconvenient and the beds were not comfortable. Still, I would recommend it for a short stay.
If you’re asked to leave the hotel earlier than scheduled due to a double booking, you should NEVER leave till the hotel pay you back in cash (NEVER believe their word to refund afterward.) We had to leave our room earlier than we had planned due to a double booking because of mistake by the hotel side. We were promised a partial refund at that time, but in the end we were not refunded, in other words we were cheated. The hotel itself wasn’t so good. Very old building, the balcony door was broken, the toilet is old and not clean. It was a trouble to stay there.
