Platja de Muro 3260 98 Mallorca

We just came back from the best vacation we’ve ever had – a one-week all-inclusive stay at this Hotel– and we already miss it so much! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was absolutely amazing – every single meal was delicious and offered so much variety. (Especially the pancakes, you have to dry those!!!) The bar was great too, and we really appreciated being able to enjoy drinks as part of the all-inclusive package. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sun and shaded spots to relax.Our room was clean, comfortable, and really stylish – we loved it! Especially the balkony was a big highlight. The evening entertainment, like live singers, bingo, and music quizzes, was the perfect way to wind down after a sunny day. A special thanks to the reception team – always helpful and kind. When I had a small issue with a bug bite near my eye, they were quick to help and brought me ice right away. It’s small things like this that made us feel truly cared for. All in all, it was a perfect holiday – we genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll definitely be coming back!

When we arrived at the property the room was not ready and we were moved for one night to another hotel which I don't think is normal. The staff was very rude, didn't explain anything to us and spoke as if it was normal for them. The food has no taste, there is no diversity, the drinks the same! On the other hand I liked that you have the sea close and shops, bus station nearby. Maybe we would have overlooked it if the staff was more polite. I'm sorry!
