I have stayed here a couple of times. There are some good beaches not far away and the hotel staff have always been friendly and kind. At the end of November 2024 I was staying there again and didn't see the small step in the lobby area and tripped over. The reception staff immediately came to my assistance and after two minutes decided I needed an ambulance which came and took me to the local public hospital which was about ten minutes away. To my surprise nothing was broken but I did have four sutures and two toes were heavily bandaged. Staff from the hotel came and collected me from the hospital. For the remaining days of my stay all the staff were very caring about my welfare and provided any needed assistance.
I took a sea suite, the room view was good, the room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff were nice. This hotel has no access to the beach. The reception staff was super rude. I reached around 11 AM, and they couldn't offer me the room even after 2 PM !!(the official checkin time) Breakfast is reasonable. The car parking was overcrowded. The swimming pool is small and cramped. There's not much to do around that place.
The room and bathroom are very basic, and the price increased from 1,600 baht to 2,000 baht per night because it was fully booked. The reservation is non-refundable.
