Playa Esperanza Resort

This was our second time staying at Playa Esperanza as a family. This time, we booked the Twin Room Premium with a lateral sea view. The view was fantastic, and the room itself was clean and well-maintained—although personally, I found it a bit small. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The kids’ entertainment program was a real highlight—well organized and engaging, which made a big difference for us as parents. The food was great, with a wide variety to choose from at each meal. Just a heads-up: if you’re on half-board, drinks at dinner aren’t included. That’s standard and fair, but worth knowing in advance. Overall, it was another really good experience. Next time, we’ll probably go for the apartments again, as they suit our needs a bit better, but we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Our stay at Hotel Playa Esperanza was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious with great variety every day. The beach and sea are simply breathtaking – crystal clear water and just steps away from the hotel.What really made our stay special were the wonderful staff – everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you goes to Maria and the Kids Club "Los Troncos" – she is incredibly loving and caring. The kids had so much fun with the daily activities like crafts, kids’ parties, bingo, and more. The program was varied and full of joy – our children couldn’t wait to go every day! We can only recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for relaxation with great service. We will definitely be coming back!

Just returned from a magnificent two-week stay at Playa Esperanza (May-June 2025) with my family (3 adults, 1 child), and I cannot praise this resort enough! The culinary experience was exceptional - the restaurant offered an impressive 10-day rotation of menus with fantastic variety for both adults and children. Despite the hotel being at high occupancy, the service remained impeccable throughout our stay. The entertainment team deserves special mention - they were consistently visible, engaging, and brilliant with guests of all ages. The daily activity program was comprehensive, offering everything from children's activities to adult classes. The kids' club was spacious and well-maintained, though parents of very young children should note the door security. The facilities are modern and pristine: Well-equipped, air-conditioned gym Professional spa with attentive therapists Multiple swimming pools Direct beach access Peaceful relaxation zones On-site medical services (a real plus!) We stayed in a ground-floor apartment which was spacious, modern, and immaculately maintained with daily cleaning service. The location is perfect - beachfront position with excellent transport links (regular bus service) and convenient shopping/dining strip across the road.
