Playa Paraíso

I went with my family yesterday for a pool day. Food and service was outstanding. Tito was our server he took care of us so we'll. He brought us the blanket and towels, he was on top of our needs. The has a nice view and buildings look nice. I do want to say is that, the surrounding edges of the pool close to the beach was slippery, slimy. It seems that it needed some scrub. Food great, cocktail great, check in great, server awesome.

All inclusive not worth the price for stay. Cheap liquor. Not very kid friendly. Couldn't even provide a couple of virgin pina coladas for the kids. Not worth spending your money at this place and not even worth the the effort of getting to it. If i had the option i would give it a zero. Biggest mistake ever. Will never recomend this place to anyone. Dirty pool. Kids without swimming diapers. In the pool. Disgusting.

Service is slow, no smiles, it all seems to be an effort to help. Room had no toilet paper, no hand towel, bath mat. Shower looked dirty/not taken care of for a while. Minor details, however for paying $187 for a night you’d expect everything to be taken care of. Drinks are expensive and are served in plastic cups. If you want to charge $12 for a cocktail at least give it to me in a nice glass and served with a smile. Included meals are cheap and tasteless. Maybe this was a nice place 20 years ago but it needs some TLC. Wouldn’t recommend nor come again.
