Playa Tropical Resort Hotel is the perfect escape for those looking for a relaxing and picturesque stay. We stayed in one of their A-frame villas with a private pool, and it was absolutely worth it! The villa is spacious and well-designed, featuring two floors—a cozy room downstairs with a queen bed and a loft upstairs with three small beds, perfect for families or groups. The private pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing and exclusive spot to unwind. Beyond the accommodations, the service was excellent—the staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. The restaurant also exceeded expectations, serving delicious and well-prepared dishes that made every meal enjoyable. Overall, Playa Tropical Resort Hotel is a fantastic choice for a peaceful retreat. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or a significant other, the combination of great ambiance, quality service, and comfortable accommodations makes this resort a must-visit!

This was the base for our kids' open water swim camp. The staff were awesome and took great care of our entire group. The food was great, and location was perfect - beachfront and close to the bus stop, local eateries, the market and 7-11.

The place was good. The food was good. The view was good. It’s just that we are unfortunate that we have to understand some of their drunk guest knocking on our doors. I hope they did some nagging for those adults for disturbing other guest in the middle of the night. Even if we are just a “guest” not “students”, I hope they learn to respect.
