I’m working for long time in hotel industry and this is my opinion: - the worst part it is front office workers (never smiling, don’t care about guests, don’t help). - rooms old and not perfect cleaned but worth the price. - food tasty and pretty enough. - there only 2 restaurants, atmosphere in is 0/10 but tasty. - stuff in the bars and in the main restaurant 50/50 smile and care. - the best it is cleanliness in the territory and the nature around 10/10. That’s why we choose it(this resort). We were lucky because the neighbour hotel was closed(1 year ago) so there was a big territory very quiet and beautiful only for us.

I just got out of this place and I loved it so much. All of the people(except the front desk) were all super nice and super helpful. The food was ok not great but was ok for the most part. Italian place was good, steak house was horrible never go there, buffet is good for breakfast and lunch and decent for dinner. The land and area it is on is beautiful and super family friendly. The rooms are ok but not the best. Btw you need to buy an adapter for charging your phone or you can rent one from the front desk for $3 USD. Overall this place was beautiful and I would definitely come back to here and it is super nice.

The place is beautiful but it needs maintaining it looks very worn down, the rooms are horrible and the service is also horrible, the workers don’t know what they doing and they give the wrong information it is very annoying. The activities are very boring. And it is only one pool for a lot of people it is packed in short it Is getto. Save your money for a better resort. The food is the same thing every day and no other options
