Just got back from this hotel, there are a lot of positives about the hotel. Pools are great, massive pool for older kids and adults and an excellent pools for toddlers and smaller children. The bars are good and all inclusive drinks were good. The rooms are cleaned every day, which was nice. What lets the hotel down is the poor quality of food, there is a lot but it’s 3 star food at best. That’s why I wouldn’t return. Also the tech in the rooms is out dated… as in the only have 2 euro plugs. On the morning we left they also turned the aircon off which didn’t help.

IF YOU WANT A SINCERE REVIEW, PLEASE READ THIS ONE... ROOM First of all, the rooms were extremely outdated. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was cramped. We had one toilet roll between the three of us, which was certainly not enough. LOCATION AND PARKING On arrival of the hotel, there were zero parking spaces on site bearing in mind that we had just driven 4 hours and we called them 2 days before asking them whether we needed to reserve a parking space and we were advised that we did not have to do anything, which was highly inconvenient. The hotel was situated right near the beach although there was nothing really to do around the area so I would definitely not recommend this place to go as a holiday destination especially if you plan to fly from another country because you will only be disappointed. FOOD AND RESTAURANT The buffet was atrocious. Some of the worst hotel food I have ever had in my experience. When we first arrived at the hotel, we went into the buffet area and we got some slices of pizza which were completely inedible and it had felt like they had made this pizza a week ago. Furthermore, the dining room was packed with people, behaving like they hadn't eaten for a long time. I was just about lucky that I did not drop any food from my plate. FACILITIES On the bright side, they did have a very large and nice pool although we did not get a chance to get in it because it was very windy. There was also a mini golf and some evening entertainment. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Although the facilities were fairly good, the food was terrible and the rooms were far from 4 star. The whole hotel felt like 3 stars at best.

Although the hotel does look like the pictures and is super clean with the wonderful cleaning staff, the food wasn’t the best (only seasoning on the food was salt) and there is not a single ounce of entertainment in the hotel itself. It could have been that I went the first week of June and it might not be in season for the hotel. The hotel was full of elders and people with additional needs. Every evening there was an “event” on aka live music or quiz or bingo night but unfortunately it was all in Spanish with little to no translation into English making it severely difficult to participate or even enjoy yourself, same goes for the day time activities (there was only a handful). I would say the staffs/ presenter’s attitudes or should I say lack off, made it difficult to do any activities, they didn’t try to get anyone to go play, I didn’t see a single smile or energy coming from them, honestly it was disappointing. I had to rent a car to get from the airport to the hotel and I found it irritating that for hotel parking it was expensive but luckily there is free parking right beside the hotel. Again I might of went out of season although I would assume that the first week of June is in season. The area around the hotel didn’t have many activities although had a good few good places which were lovely. Overall wouldn’t say it’s worth the money.
