Stayed at this hotel last week with my son. I'm glad I didn't let the negative reviews put me off from booking. The location is amazing, not too far from Alicante airport and right next to the beach. Rooms and hotel were always very clean, the cleaning staff did a great job. I think people who are very Very fussy would not find something to eat, but there was a decent selection for every meal, from local dishes to basic chips. We enjoyed breakfast the most. But there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance. A small play area, ping pong table, and mini golf are also available to use, me and my son made good use of those. I loved the indoor pool and went every single day. It was never busy, and the water was the perfect temperature. The outdoor pool had a large pool in the front and a jacuzzi and water-slides around the back. The water was chilly, but in the heat, it was handy. You have easy access to the beach with your key card. You can rent 2 sunbeds and a cover for €10 for the day, which is a great deal. The beach was beautiful and clean and never ridiculously busy. Like any hotel, not everything can be perfect, I would say this hotel was a 3 star. But I would definitely visit here again.
Good location close to the beach, nearest supermarket around 1.2km away, similar to the nearest ATM. All inclusive customers in this hotel are not provided with wrist bands, and you need to use your room card every time you order anything food or drink. Good selection of quality alcohol drinks and wine. You are not allowed to take anything food or drink from the restaurant which is weird, ice cream needs to be consumed while having lunch, can't take it to your room. Food most days is the same, and it seems that Cook is very careful on adding any herbs or spices, making food very dull. Otherwise it is nice place for family holidays and to wind down.
Worst holiday ever Avoid this hotel – worst holiday experience ever! Unfortunately, we found out that Loveholidays and this hotel seem to work together in a way that feels like they’re just trying to empty customers’ pockets. It was honestly the worst holiday we’ve ever had, and we weren’t the only ones—everyone we spoke to felt the same. 1. The outdoor swimming pool was closed in April, even though the weather was hot. There was no information about this beforehand, which felt very dishonest. 2. The indoor pool was tiny and far too deep for children—completely unsuitable for families. 3. Shockingly, there was no lifeguard at the indoor pool, which is unbelievably unsafe. 4. The food was a total disaster. My wife and I ended up eating only salad for both lunch and dinner, and our kids could only eat chips. How can a large hotel with international guests not provide decent food? It’s a basic expectation! 5. The all-inclusive package didn’t include most drinks—only beer was free. We had to pay for everything else, which defeats the point of “all-inclusive.” 6. The entertainment was terrible. After dinner, everyone just sat around in the lobby because there was nothing else to do. That’s when we realized we weren’t the only ones who felt misled by the hotel and the booking website. The only positives were the location, right next to the beach, and the friendly staff—but sadly, that wasn’t enough to save the experience. If you’re planning a family holiday and looking for somewhere fun, relaxing, and worth the money, look elsewhere. This hotel is not it.
