Playamojácar

We stayed during May half term break as a family of 5. The location of the hotel is great. Beautiful views to the sea from the balcony, walking distance to the beach and shops/restaurants. The pool is decent size and kids loved the slides. The water was a little cold but we got used to it quickly. When the hotel got more busy we preferred going down to the beach as the pool was quite full. The staff were very friendly and most of them spoke English. Rooms were clean, slightly small but we managed. The food in the restaurant was alright, not a lot of choice but we all managed to find something we liked. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel and in Mojacar.

Surprised by the hotel. Obviously it's mostly for the kids, it's packed with tired adults and screaming kids but not bad considering. The water slides are very fun

Mostly for the Spanish holiday makers but lovely hotel, good rooms and food extremely good for the star rating. After spending the full week I now have a different opinion. At what must have been full capacity the pool area and sun beds cannot cope with the amount of people (witnessed fight one morning) with beer boisterous Spaniards playing water volleyball daily in the children's shallow area of the pool. Same applies to the food hall..... long queues at every meal Same applies to the entertainment room, too full. Witnessed fight one evening. If you're English I wouldn't recommend it. If your Spanish you'll probably like it.
