I have just stayed at this hotel and it was one of the best hotels that I ever stayed everything you need they have it for sure I will be returning back and also the room I stayed man 406 it was the best room

Good value, old structure but luxury (1990 vibe). Excellent staff and service. Good room size with private jacuzzi/hidro. Normal food, special lunch on Thursdays. Thermal waters and pools. The resort it's isolated and in my opinion places like that must offer everything with quality so you don't need/want to leave. I felt the need to go out almost everyday 🤷🏻‍♂️

This poor rating is referred to the pet friendly room. Unfortunately all those who stay in these rooms agree with me. It was horrible, smell of strong mold and poorly maintained! So unhealthy! You bring a small little pet and they charge you 100 reais. For 100 reais you received nothing other than the worst room and poorly managed room of the resort. However if you bring 2 children below 12 years, the children receive free stays, free meals and also free entertainment! If the dog barks because it reacts to the kids screaming, nobody will bother the kids but they complained about the dog's barking. It is time for the resort to change this policy.
