We had a great 3 nights stay here. Good start to our long 33 days holiday around South America. Room was adequate, can be cleaner. Service staff were very friendly and helpful. (Christopher and Christian in concierge). Breakfast was ok. Very good location near a big shopping centre and food street.
Hotel is good, but needs some refurbishment. I think it is trailing behind the other 5 stars in the area. The breakfast is still very good, with many good options. Overall, considering the price (lower than the other 5 stars), I think it is a good option.
Hotel location, rooms and breakfast are all good. Service on reception at check in wasn’t great, unhelpful staff and didn’t seem happy to help. Bar service is slow and not attentive to the customer, they would prefer to chat at the bar with their colleagues. In the future I think I’ll stay in the double tree Hilton vitacura where the service is far superior to this hotel.
